If you must cancel or change your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time in order to avoid being charged for the appointment. If we are not in the office, you may leave a voicemail after hours to give notice. Those who are unable to give 24 hour cancellation notice will be charged $25. Those who fail to call or show up for their appointment will be charged for 50% of the cost of the scheduled treatment. Please note that if you arrive late for your treatment, it will end as scheduled so as not to inconvenience the next scheduled guest.

Butterfly Landing offers gift certificates for purchase in store, over the phone, or online for a quick and instant gift solution that you can print or email directly from the comfort of your home.
Gift Certificates can be purchased for any service or dollar amount.
All gift certificate sales are final. Please use within 1 year of issue date.
Customers may exchange unopened products with a receipt within 30 days of purchase and get a store credit for full amount.
In order to ensure the safety of children and the enjoyment of all clients, we ask that parents or guardians make other arrangements for children while they are receiving services.
Children under 16 years of age receiving services, must have a signed form from their parent.
First time clients should arrive 15 minutes prior to their appointment time in order to complete required paper work, or print out forms available on home page and bring completed to your appointment.
Gratuities are never expected, but always appreciated. Gratuities may also be added to your credit card transaction, but please let receptionist know in advance.
